• Do not misuse enquiry/quote systems (e.g., false requests or impersonation).

3) Quotes, availability and pricing

Any information displayed on the Websites is provided for general guidance only and does not constitute a binding offer. Quotes are issued on request and are subject to supplier confirmation, availability, lead times, specifications, and logistics constraints.

• Pricing may change due to supplier pricing, exchange rates, freight costs, or changes in specifications.
• A quote is valid only for the validity period stated on the quotation (or, if not stated, a reasonable period).
• Final specifications and scope are confirmed in the quotation and/or offline agreement.

4) No online payments / no online checkout

We do not offer online checkout and we do not process online payments or transactions on the Websites. Any purchases, deposits, payment terms, and delivery arrangements are agreed offline via quotation/invoice and applicable terms.

5) User-submitted content and documents

If you submit specifications, drawings, documents, images, or other information (“Submitted Materials”), you:

• Confirm you have the right to share them; and
• Allow us to use them for the purpose of preparing quotes, sourcing, logistics, and related communications.

We will handle Submitted Materials in line with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

You may view and print pages for your internal business use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit the content without written permission.
